COMPANY PROFILE:

ALWAIS Company is a manufacturing company. It is located in ALEPPO (which is the second capital city in Syria).

MR OMAR ALWAIS who is one of the owners now established the company in 1980.

The company has three main products at present but there are also CO-Products.

Starch is the main product in this company and it is considered the most important.

 

This product is used in many kinds of sweets and in the food industry and the market for this product is the home market.

We also produce about 50% of our total production for the medical industry .

In fact, this factory is the oldest industry for ALWAIS Company.

 

During the process of extracting the starch from the corn, there will be many other products left behind in this operation e.g : Animal food which is made of gluten, protein and fibers of the corn.

Additionally we produce corn oil from the germ of the corn.
